PhishNet is an AI inbox firewall built directly into Gmail. It scans every email you open in real time — before you click a link, download an attachment, or reply — and surfaces a threat assessment right inside your inbox.

Who is PhishNet for?

Individuals — anyone who wants a second pair of eyes on their inbox. PhishNet scans every email automatically and shows a result inline — a quick green badge when everything looks fine, and a clear warning when something looks wrong.

Teams and organisations — IT and security admins can roll PhishNet out to their entire organisation via Google Workspace. Admins get org-wide policies (auto-quarantine, trusted-sender allowlists, threat-intel blocking) and a real-time quarantine feed they can forward to their SIEM or SOC tooling via webhook.

How it works

PhishNet lives in your browser as a Chrome extension. When you open an email, the extension reads it and sends a scan request to PhishNet's backend. The response arrives in seconds and is rendered as a panel inside Gmail — a threat level badge, a short explanation, and action buttons if the email looks dangerous.
